At With Love, Baby, everything we create is made with care, intention, and lots of love — just for your little one. As a small, made-to-order brand, we want to be transparent while keeping things simple and kind.

🧺 Making Your Order

Each piece is thoughtfully prepared just for you.

  • Orders are made to order and take 3–5 business days to be lovingly packed.
  • During launches or busy periods, things may take a tiny bit longer — thank you for your patience.
  • Once ready, your order is handed over to our delivery partner.

🚚 Sending It Your Way

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will always be communicated upfront.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are hygiene-sensitive and made especially for your baby, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

That said — if something doesn't feel right:

  • If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We'll always do our best to make things right.
